A beautifully restored farmhouse, with the extra “Wow!” factor!

This property was absolutely stunning and totally exceeded our expectations. on the ground floor level the communal living areas, both inside and out, were exceptionally spacious and furnished with an eye to both comfort and style. Our family group absolutely loved our stay and felt privileged to be living (albeit briefly!) in such an amazing environment. oh, and the views from the higher floors at the back of the house , particularly from the terrace on the second floor, were superb!

Allow me to congratulate you for the standard your property has. We have stayed in quite a few farmhouses, but not to this standard. It is typical for Gozo farmhouses to be nice and big but suffer from carelessness, especially in maintenance. I have the habit of calling it the Gozo Maintenance Syndrome. At ta Peppi this is not that evident and I have to congratulate you. Very high quality property and amenities. Excellent location, with typical Gozitan tranquility.

The most beautiful villa of Martinu Homes, definitely (and the other ones were already gorgeous to me..!) : perfectly restaured, furnished with taste, super well equipped, you enjoy endlessly the pools outdoor, indoor, the large tables in- and outside for the best dinners with friends, the rooftop for a sunset drink or the ping-pong table … every touch is nicely thought (each room has its bathroom, sooo comfy) and i know i always spend my best gozitan week-ends there !

Very spacious farm house, which is well equipped .We really enjoyed the swimming pool, the property is perfect for families. Sannat is a great village with shops, restaurants and a proper population other than tourists.
